For dark complexions medium and dull lip colors would look the best. Bright pinks and reds are a BIG no!! If you have dark lips before applying your lipstick or gloss put some foundation or powder on your lips. Dark skin tones can wear colors like blackberry, caramel and purples. They'll all look good!!
