it depends on your skin color:





fair: get a shade darker than your lips to make you seem less pale


beige: go with something pink in it **no beige colors!!


golden: go with a coral sheer


bronze: a neutral hue will show off your natural color lips


dark: peachy bronze **makes you get a sun-kissed glow

go to a makeup counter at the mall, i would suggest MAC, and get some professional help.
put it on and if it looks good buy it.
